Erosion Control Specialist
As a leader in the industry, RGI has assisted in the implementation of the new Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Section 205 Specifications. RGI's role has included Storm Water Quality Management Plans (SWQMP), SWQMP Amendments, as well as Level 1 & 2 Erosion Control Inspections. RGI has had the unique ability of determining the appropriate products that should used at a job site based on whether its a long term or short term project. Working with the contractors, we have been able to build more cost effective erosion control plans while meeting design specifications and permits.
RGI is an Indiana based WBE / DBE / EDWOSB with a strong foundation in construction inspection. Since 2008, RGI has inspected projects for Indiana Department of Transportation, Citizens Energy Group, City of Indianapolis, City of Fort Wayne, City of Evansville, American Water and Mesa Verde National Park (Colorado).
Technical& Temporary Staffing
RGI has a proven track record of attracting, retaining and training temporary employees to assist on short-term to long-term civil engineering and construction projects across the State of Indiana. We assist companies with workforce fluctuations, quality control and acquisition of multiple skill-sets as their work demands change. RGI has the capability to help with any project either as a subcontractor or as contract staffing agent.
RGI has been selected by the Indiana Department of Transportation to aid in their seasonal and temporary staffing needs. The contract started in July 2014 and has already been extended through 2018. RGI is seeking entry level, as well as experience individuals, in construction inspection, close-out coordinators, CADD technicians & more.
